Get your CRU together for Asia’s largest indoor cycling event this weekend

Homegrown cult fitness brand CRU – known for its sweat-dripping boxing, HIIT, yoga, and cycling workouts – is headlining the Glow Festival this weekend, which is set to be the largest indoor cycling and wellness event in Asia.

Running Feb. 11-12 at Marina Bay Sands Exhibition Center, you can expect laidback yoga classes, crossfit, hip-hop dance sessions, and more, as well as the usual CRU ‘party-on-the-bike’ energy complete with pumped-up playlists all within a multi-sensory design space – think 150 bikes, revolving 360-degree screens, and an immersive sound system.

One of CRU’s founders – Lululemon ambassador Bebe Ding – will hit the stage, instructing both high-octane CruCycle and HIIT Vinyasa classes.

Ding started CRU with her siblings Valerie and Calvin in 2014, in a bid to bring a bit of the wellness culture of SoulCycle-obsessed Los Angeles to Singapore. Since introducing its rhythm-spin cycle classes to their homeland, CRU has gone from strength to strength, now spanning multiple locations, disciplines, and mediums.

If Bebe’s classes at Glow Festival get your appetite going, there’ll also be a veritable feast of feel-good food available at Marina Bay Sands. You can book a table at one of the restaurants in the area which include culinary luminaries Yardbird, Spago, Koma, Rise, Mott 32, and more.

Can’t make it this weekend? No sweat (just leave the perspiration to your fitness classes, not your planning)! Classes will be filmed for CRU’s on-demand fitness platform CRU TV, so you can catch up on the classes later, or re-do them if you enjoyed them the first time around.

So alert your cru and get ready for your glow-up because tickets start at just SGD49 here.
