Hong Kong fourth wave: 31 new coronavirus cases recorded, while No 2 official confirms vaccination programme is on track




Hong Kong recorded 31 new coronavirus infections on Sunday, the second-lowest daily caseload since the fourth wave of the crisis began in November, while 46 staff and elderly from a care home were ordered into quarantine after a worker tested preliminary-positive.Of the new Covid-19 cases, 28 were local and three were imported, involving arrivals from Turkey, Germany and Japan.
