Hong Kong’s national security police have detained and charged two people with alleged conspiracy to print or give out seditious publications.Officers from the force’s National Security Department arrested a 17-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman in Sham Shui Po and Western district, respectively, on Sunday, police said late on Monday.The pair have been charged under the Crimes Ordinance with conspiring to print, publish, distribute, display or reproduce seditious publications.Dangerous…
