Police have arrested two people after a fire tore through a public housing estate flat in Hong Kong on Friday, leaving one man dead, a woman in a coma, and 10 others needing hospital treatment.A police source said a man and a woman had been detained in connection with the blaze at Pak Tin Estate in Shek Kip Mei, which started around 2am.Firefighters needed to rescue 50 people, and evacuated 600 residents of block 13 at the estate.
