Lazada Malaysia launches Lazada epic 11th birthday sale


KUALA LUMPUR, March 2 — Malaysian consumers can save more when they shop online for essential products and wishlist items during Lazada’s Epic 11th Birthday Sale that starts today, said Lazada Malaysia.

In a statement, the e-commerce platform said the early surprise started from 8.00pm tonight until March 13, 2023, and the 11-day celebration is set to be an epic online sale, packed with fantastic deals, exciting shoppertainment, discount, rewards, and ringgit-savvy savings.

Lazada Malaysia chief executive officer Alan Chan said the Epic 11th Birthday Sale is an amazing opportunity for LazMall brand partners, local entrepreneurs and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to maximise their sale and expand their reach to millions of customers across Malaysia.

“Our commitment to offer relevant, affordable, seamless and immersive 360 shoppertainment experience is stronger than ever. Whether you are buying from homegrown brands, local sellers, international brands, or cross-border sellers, you will confirm ‘jimat’ (save) with stackable vouchers, discounts, rewards, and free shipping vouchers,” he said.

Lazada Malaysia said the epic birthday deal hunt offers over RM50,000 worth of vouchers during LazLive.

“Birthday sale chief discount officer Ain Edruce, alongside Lazada brand ambassadors, Nora Danish and Nabila Razali, and celebrity guests Dolla and Tasnim Shah, will be dishing out specific keywords to be collected throughout the six LazLive episodes.

“The episodes will be simulcasted on Lazada Malaysia’s YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter on March 2, 2023 from 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm, and on March 3-7, 2023 from 9.00 pm – 11.00 pm,” it said.

During Lazada’s birthday sale, consumers can also purchase digital vouchers at discounted prices for food and beverage, travel, and tickets for many attractions.
