Questions raised in China about early warnings on Henan flooding

BEIJING – Questions are being raised online in China on whether sufficient warnings were issued ahead of the deadly flooding in Henan that has left 33 people dead so far.

Another eight people were missing and nearly 400,000 people relocated following heavy rain from Saturday (July 17).
