An intense stand-off between protesters and police officers continued to boil over at a Hong Kong university on Monday morning with demonstrators vowing to stage traffic disruptions across in the city.Clashes that occurred sporadically overnight escalated at about 5.30am at the Polytechnic University campus in Hung Hom when riot police appeared to try to enter the campus.Protesters were seen setting fire to the school’s main entrance on Cheong Wan Road and hurling petrol bombs from above…
