Why Hong Kong national security law won’t spark a third wave of migration to Canada



The national security law, composed of 66 articles, was enacted in Hong Kong at 11pm on June 30. To many, this marks the end of “one country, two systems”; Hong Kong has become a regular city in China. How do Chinese Canadians see this?
