A former Australian soldier who served in Afghanistan has suddenly died in Thailand aged 33.

Justin Christopher House died in Bangkok, where he was living, on February 2.

He bravely served in the ‘B’ Company in The London Regiment and The Queen’s Company Grenadier Guards in Afghanistan.

Mr House’s cause of death has not been revealed.

His family have asked wellwishers to donate to the Soldier On charity, which supports members of the Australian Defence Force.

Mr House was originally from Adelaide.

He leaves behind his mum Julie and brothers Henry and James.

“Justin you lived life on your terms – a life of bravery and adventure,” his family and friends said in an online death notice.

Friend Anita Cavallo also paid tribute, writing: “You will forever be in my heart and memory.”
