SEREMBAN: Police arrested a technician in his 30s after his wife and two daughters were found dead at a house in Lenggeng, Nilai, yesterday.
Nilai police chief Abdul Malik Hasim said the man was arrested at about 1am today after police were alerted to the discovery of the three bodies.
He said the Lenggeng police station received a call at 9.25pm yesterday from a man who said that a woman and two children were found dead at a housing estate.
Malik said a suicide note was also found at the scene.
The bodies were sent to Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital’s forensic division for autopsies.
The technician is on remand for four days from today under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder to assist in the police investigation.
